Scotland Is Now was a major global branding campaign created to reposition Scotland as more than a tourism destination - presenting it as a place to visit, live, work, study and invest.

As lead production company, we devised and delivered a slate of 16 films that formed the creative backbone of the campaign’s international launch. The objective was not simply to promote places, but to tell human stories that reflected a modern, forward-looking nation.

We developed a distinct storytelling approach that challenged traditional destination marketing. The films were cinematic, authentic and emotionally driven - prioritising real voices, lived experience and narrative depth over promotional messaging.

This approach helped reshape how brands engaged audiences through film, blending high production values with documentary-style honesty. Each story was designed to create emotional connection first, allowing Scotland’s identity, innovation and culture to emerge naturally through character and place.

The result was a body of work that positioned Scotland as dynamic, ambitious and globally relevant - helping redefine nation branding through story-led filmmaking.
